We believe in protecting your online privacy and security.  We do encourage you to provide us with information about yourself so we can contact you with the latest news about Governor Rounds, inform you about volunteer opportunities and invite you to events. However, you will decide how much, if any, personal information you’d like to provide our campaign.  In addition, you will be able to unsubscribe from our email database through the link provided at the bottom of the emails that we send.

We have also taken precautions to keep your credit card and billing information safe and secure if you choose to donate through our online contribution form.  When you contribute online, the transaction is processed using encrypted code on a secure donation site, on a secure and dedicated web server. To comply with Federal election law and the regulations of the Federal Election Commission, we are required to make our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals. Should you choose to contribute, you will receive an email confirmation of your contribution.

When you visit our site, we collect the following information: The name of the domain from which you access the Internet, the date and time you access our site, the URL of the web site from which you linked directly to our site or the Internet address of the computer used to link to our site, and your IP address.
